Bird Bazar delivers across Bangladesh. Because our vendors sell both live birds and physical goods such as feed, cages, and accessories, delivery works a little differently depending on what you order.

Who delivers your order
Bird Bazar is a multivendor marketplace, so each vendor manages the delivery of their own products, either through their own courier arrangements or a third-party courier service. If your order includes items from more than one vendor, they may arrive separately.
Section 3
Delivery of live birds
Live birds require special handling. Vendors pack birds in secure, breathable, and appropriately sized containers for transport, and aim to minimise travel time. You will typically be contacted to confirm the delivery time so that you are available to receive the bird in person.
When your bird arrives, inspect it immediately in front of the courier before accepting the delivery. See our Refund, Returns & Live Arrival Guarantee policy for what to do if there is a problem.

Typical delivery takes 1 to 3 business days within Dhaka, and 3 to 7 business days for other districts, depending on the vendor's location and courier availability. Live birds may be prioritised for faster delivery where possible to reduce travel stress. Exact timelines are shown at checkout and may vary by vendor.

Shipping costs are calculated per vendor and shown at checkout before you place your order. Some vendors may offer free shipping on qualifying orders.
